Contact form (via Resend) When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any message you provide. This data is processed via Resend, a transactional email service, and used solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and is then deleted.

Pricing database and feedback form (via Tally.so) We operate an optional anonymous form that contributes to a database of pricing data for creative services. No personally identifiable information is collected through this form, no name, email, or identifying data of any kind. The data submitted is fully anonymous and stored indefinitely for research and benchmarking purposes. Because the data is anonymous it does not constitute personal data under GDPR and no data subject rights apply to it.

Google Analytics (GA4) We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as page views, device type, location (city-level), and time on page. IP addresses are anonymized before being processed. This helps us improve performance and user experience.

The legal basis for using Google Analytics is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or withdraw through our cookie banner at any time. Google may process data in the United States. Website usage data When you visit our site, your browser automatically shares technical data such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL. This data is processed by our hosting provider Vercel to keep the site secure and functioning correctly.

We use two types of cookies:

Essential cookies – Required for the website to function correctly. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled.

  • Contact form data – retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, then deleted
  • Anonymous pricing database – stored indefinitely as it contains no personal data
  • Analytics data – retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months)
  • Technical/hosting data – retained according to Vercel's standard logging policies
